6th version. I think this will do it, for a while. I've let the tuba player get a little more anonymous, and I've turned the bell of the horn to the player's left, a little. Extending the tower, adding the plane and putting the character in water has further established both the composition and the narrative, I think.

What I missed about the early iterations was the unity of the background which was provided by a similar value- so, here, the attempt is to unify by hue. Another feature of this event is that it brings me back to my minimalist leanings-
